Youth Coalition
The re:TH!NK Youth Coalition is a youth-led coalition made up of youth ages 13-18 that works to create positive community change in Winnebago County through education, advocacy, and youth engagement. We’re currently focused on substance use prevention, more specifically working to pass tobacco-free parks policies throughout Winnebago County.
