Grace Halstead has been an advocate in the re:TH!NK Youth Coalition for five years. She first got involved in FACT, the statewide, youth-led tobacco prevention movement, at Tipler Middle School and has been advocating for tobacco-related issues ever since. Grace played a key role in advocating for tobacco-free parks in the city of Oshkosh, and her hard work and dedication paid off last January when the Advisory Park Board passed a citywide tobacco-free parks rule! Grace has always been a team-player and motivator for the re:TH!NK Youth Coalition and has grown into a leader. It’s been awesome to see Grace find her voice and use it to improve Oshkosh. Thank you Grace!
