The Good Drugs Gone Bad toolkit contains all the materials and presentations needed to effectively combat the growing problem of pharmaceutical and OTC drug abuse and the crimes associated with pharmaceuticals.

re:TH!NK rolled out the Good Drugs Gone Bad campaign on prescription drug abuse in late 2009. Over 300 educators attended a training in February 2010. Attendees were provided with in depth instruction on Rx drugsĀ from the Lake Winnebago MEG officers. Everyone was given Good Drugs Gone Bad toolkit so they could return to their site and conduct educational presentations. Other trainings have been held throughout Wisconsin. National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information This organization provides resources and referrals related to drug and alcohol abuse. Call: 1-800-729-6686 for more information.

National Institute on Drug Abuse for Teens (NIDA for Teens) NIDA offers a science-based drug abuse education program for students, news, information, and resources.

National Inhalant Prevention Coalition Provides facts, referral and an information clearinghouse

Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Prevention Resources A statewide prevention resource center that focuses on helping youth, families, schools, and communities lead healthy, productive lives through prevention education and activities.

Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Includes information on drugs, treatment, "street terms," grants, policy, and state and local news.

Check Yourself This youth friendly site allows visitors to "look in the mirror" by answering quiz questions about their lifestyle, reading first-person stories, communicating with other teens, and playing decision games to see how they might act in situations involving drugs and alcohol. CheckYourself.com also gives teens a voice by allowing them to share their own "moments of truth".
