re:TH!NK’s objectives:
- Reduce underage availability and access to alcohol
- Support alcohol prevention and control policy changes
- Change social acceptability of underage drinking and binge drinking
- Implement statewide smoke-free air law
- Support tobacco control program sustainability
- Reduce access to and use of tobacco by youth
- Engage FACT youth groups in support of tobacco control policy and sustainability activities
- Support other tobacco products policy changes at the local level
- Educate the community about prescription drug misuse/abuse
- Implement control efforts to reduce potential misuse/abuse of prescription drugs
- Support coalition building and increased local capacity through leadership development
- Improve the coalition’s cohesion, visibility and effectiveness in the community

re:TH!NK's mission:
We aim to improve the health of Winnebago County residents by preventing and reducing the use of and exposure to tobacco, and the abuse of alcohol and other drugs through effective community
collaboration.
We will achieve our mission by:
- Promoting safe and healthy decision making
- Changing the social acceptability of substance use/abuse
- Serving as a resource for the community
- Connecting our youth, parents, organizations and local leaders to each other through our organization
- Empowering the community to embrace responsibility for change
- Raising awareness through informative, skill-building efforts
- Establishing and maintaining an organized coalition structure
- Providing a catalyst for community action and policy
- Utilizing evidence-based practices
