The Stong Bones Program is going on at the Algoma Town Hall. Strong Bones is a 12-week strength training program for middle-aged+ women and men. Research shows that strength training will improve bone density, reduce falls, improve arthritis symptoms, increase flexibility as well as improve your mood and attitude! Download the flyer for more information. Another Strong Bones Program is in the works for March 2012 at the Menasha Senior Center.

The Stong Bones Program is organized by the Winnebago County Health Department, The Aging and Disability Center of Winnebago County, and the United Way.
