One of re:TH!NK's primary goals is to establish and strengthen collaboration practices among communities, private non-profit agencies, and federal, state and local governments to support efforts like ours. We can't accomplish our work in the community without community involvement! Some of the ways re:TH!NK gives back to its partners are through School Action Awards and Activity Sponsorships.
school action awards
Made available to middle and high school students in both public and private schools. Awarded schools benefit from this partnership with re:TH!NK because they will enjoy trainings and guidance to be able to conduct environmental strategies addressing root causes of substance use in youth. Information about the 2013 Action Awards will be available soon.
Stipends may be provided to agencies who request funds to conduct prevention or health/wellness activities impacting Winnebago County residents and beyond. Requests will be reviewed by our Leadership Committee to ensure their planned activities are aligned with re:TH!NK's goals and objectives and meet our specific criteria. re:TH!NK strives to collaborate with local agencies so that they can realize success in their prevention roles. Please contact us if you'd like more information.

focus on the children
re:TH!NK partnered with the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic to ensure that all elementary-aged children in Winnebago County have access to preventative dental care. With this partnership, students in Neenah, Menasha, Omro, Oshkosh and Winneconne schools have the opportunity to receive a free screening and cleaning through the Focus on the Children program. And with its new mobile dental clinic, even more youth can be served. We thank TCCDC and their volunteers for their dedication to providing quality oral health care services for those with limited access.
