Cooking up Ratatouille for School Lunches, Farm to School Style!
Winnebago County Farm to School and the food service staff from Oshkosh and Green Bay school districts teamed up to prepare and freeze 2000 lbs of Ratatouille sauce to be served this school year. Check out the reports on WCHD's website (priorities are listed under "Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Info") and see how you can get involved with the 2015 CHIP process!
